Wethersfield is the largest historical district in Connecticut, established in 1634. Wethersfield Village Improvement was established in 1883, and is one of the oldest organizations in town. Sat, May 02Emerson Williams Elementary SchoolWe celebrate the Annual Arbor Day by planting a tree with the participation of all the fourth graders in town. The students learn about trees by writing poetry and doing artwork on trees which are presented at this celebration.
